X Mexican School on Gravitation and Mathematical Physics

Venue

As in the previous two occassions, the VII Mexican School on Gravitation and Mathematical Physics will take place at the colorful town of Playa del Carmen in the Mexican Caribbean (the "Riviera Maya"), in the State of Quintana Roo, about 50 km south of Cancun international airport.

The conference venue will be the Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal resort in the beach of "Playacar".  All conference talks and activities will be held here.


Accommodation

There are a limited number of rooms  reserved with a special fare at the conference venue, the Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal resort.  Registration includes 6 nights.


The hotel is an "all-inclusive" resort, so room prices include accomodation plus 3 buffet-style meals, domestic drinks and snacks (the above rates do not include transportation to and from the airport). 
The hotel charges a daily entrance fee for people not hosting in Iberostar due to the all inclusive hotel system.


Transportation


The best way to get to Playa del Carmen is by airplane to Cancun international airport.  From there a bus or shuttle can be taken to the town of Playa del Carmen.
